INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE SPANISH ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION
Pursuant to the provisions of article 5 of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LOPD), you are hereby expressly, precisely and unequivocally informed that the data you provide via forms provided for this purpose at our website or through any other data collection channel as well as those created during your relationship with our entity will be processed in files under the responsibility of ASOCIACIÓN DE JUECES FRANCISCO DE VITORIA (FRANCISCO DE VITORIA JUDGES ASSOCIATION), duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency General Registry for the purpose of the maintenance and fulfilment of the service recipient’s relationship with our entity and the provision of the services arising therefrom.

Likewise, you are hereby informed that your data will be assigned whenever necessary to develop, comply with and monitor the service recipient’s relationship with our entity or whenever authorised by law and, in particular, in any of the following circumstances: a) When the processing or assignment is aimed at fulfilling a legitimate interest of the controller or assignee as covered by such law; b) When the processing or assignment of the data is necessary so the controller may comply with obligations under such law.
- PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT
Consent for the processing of your data for the purposes described in the section above shall be understood as granted upon ticking the corresponding box provided for such purpose on our website.
- MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA REQUESTED

- PRINCIPLE OF DATA QUALITY
The service recipient will be the sole party liable for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided with ASOCIACIÓN DE JUECES FRANCISCO DE VITORIA acting in good faith merely as the service provider.
